Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building strong relationships with travel organization owners and key decision makers, driving adoption and retention throughout baseball and softball programs
- Achieve/exceed sales result expectations, develop customer relationships, and increase adoption
- Act as the primary point of contact for a robust portfolio of travel baseball and softball organizations
- Lead and implement overall strategy, driving the planning process. Own both internal and account stakeholder management, alignment, and communication
- Manage opportunities in the sales funnel using CRM
- Gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the instruction equipment and associated software
Required Skills:
- Team experience - Experience playing sports at a high level (especially baseball and softball)
- Experience in an account executive or similar role is considered a plus but not required
- Passionate about the game and setting up coaches and players with the tools necessary to succeed
- Requires travel across assigned territory to meet with partners, showcases, conventions, etc.
- Creative and proactive; can think outside the box and find new ways to drive growth/improvement
- Ability to think from the perspective of our stakeholders (players, parents, coaches, etc)
- Requires a background check upon offer
Your total compensation is a combination of your base salary and earned commissions from achieving goals.
