Position Summary:
The Sales Support Administrator role is important within WIN Technology. This position provides the necessary administrative, logistical, and operational support to the sales team, enabling them to focus on selling and customer relationship management. This role will also have some account management responsibilities to support our carrier team along with cold calling requirements for new logo enterprise prospects.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the existing network sales team regarding coordinating internal sales calls, aligning paperwork, pricing coordination, engineering, and database administration
- Grow and support existing carrier business customers that are high volume opportunity producers
- Be willing to cold-call and prospect new logos across our WIN network footprint
- Sales coordination – preparing sales proposals, presentations, and coordinating sales events
- Work with internal WIN engineering and procurement teams to finalize design and pricing for customer solutions
- Work with sales management on aligning data and OKR strategies across network business unit
Technical Skills:
Understanding and industry sales experience in fiber networks, data centers, broadband, Internet, and partnership development. Strong organizational, record keeping and interpersonal skills including reporting functions and Salesforce. Business analysis and financial modeling understanding. Proficiencies in sales-related systems and tools (i.e. CRM, Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Qualifications:
Possess (2 ) years of sales experience in new customer acquisition and account management. Has experience and strong interpersonal skills with communicating proficiently with customers.
