WIN Waste Innovations facility is currently seeking a Lead Hydrogen Sulfide Plant Operator to operate and maintain the Hydrogen Sulfide Treatment Plant as required by Local, County, State and Federal regulations.

Essential Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily activities of Hydrogen Plant Operators.
- Train operators on proper operating procedures.
- Conduct routine observations on operators.
- Complete incident reporting including investigations and root cause analyses.
- Collect samples and record data on the operation of the control systems as required.
- Record and evaluate data and make informed decisions affecting the day-to-day operations of the control systems.
- Maintain historical databases for all readings collected at the plant.
- Utilize Tabware (CMMS) for work order generation and completion.
- Ensure all preventive maintenance activities and inspections are done on schedule.
- Conduct repairs and perform preventive maintenance on flare, treatment plant, continuous emissions monitoring system (CEMS), and other associated controls systems per manufacture specifications.
- Respond to system malfunctions and operate on a rotating on call schedule.
- Work closely with landfill operations and maintenance staff and other staff to ensure the success of both the plant, and the landfill
- 3 years landfill experience or technical skills certificate
- Has 3 to 5 years of previous supervisor experience
- Has experience in mechanical work and electrical diagnostics
- Has experience or has demonstrated a high degree of aptitude in analytical problem solving
- Has experience using field testing equipment, meters and various sampling equipment
- Has experience in the use of hand tools, power tools and pneumatic tools
- Has the ability to read and interpret operating manuals, schematics, and drawings
- PLC, SCADA, and other controls experience
- Air compressor maintenance experience refrigerated dryer knowledge
- Has experience working on blowers and electric motors, pneumatic and electric pumps
- Has experience with data entry through MS Excel.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays to include Night Shift
- Low voltage electrical troubleshooting
- Emissions controls, analyzer operation knowledge/experience
- Safety orientated
- Handle tools, equipment, fine motor skills
- Reach with hands and arms
- Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet
- Ascend and descend stairs and stationary vertical ladders as part of normal work activity and emergency egress situations
- Lift moderate to heavy material 50 lbs. Move about all areas of the plant, including catwalks, deck grating, wet and muddy areas, and uneven surfaces
- Operate other equipment including, but not limited to, industrial forklifts, manlifts, skid steer type loaders, and other mobile
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
