WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team.
This role involves managing relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities in a designated region. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to successfully market to large accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of sales experience and demonstrate leadership skills. They will also be proficient in using personal computers and sales tools such as Salesforce.com.
This is an in-person business to business sales position that requires self-motivation and a willingness to be a hunter.

Responsibilities:
- Manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities in a designated region.
- Develop and implement effective marketing plans to increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of potential customers, pricing, and competition.
- Communicate Business Unit pricing and service strategies effectively.
- Identify and pursue other WTI business opportunities.
- Work with Regional Account Manager(s) to identify and proactively market regional account opportunities.
- Use WTI sales tools (i.e. Salesforce.com, Proposal Tools, TRUX, Pricing Tools, etc.) effectively.
- Prepare complex proposals and make recommendations on equipment optimization and leasing options.
- Stay up-to-date on local, state, and federal regulations.
