Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Pick, Pack & Distribution Manager who is detail-oriented, organized, and ready to take ownership of warehouse operations. This hands-on role involves pulling and staging production inventory, fulfilling pick tickets, managing deliveries, and ensuring accurate ERP data entry. The ideal candidate is a team player who works closely with customer service, production, and vendors to keep inventory flowing efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Order Fulfillment:

• Pull and stage inventory needed for weekly production.
• Fulfill pick tickets accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct cycle counts and annual inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.
• Practice FIFO inventory management to maintain product quality and reduce waste.

ERP & Data Accuracy:

• Accurately enter inventory data into the ERP system beyond just lot codes, ensuring real-time stock visibility.
• Work with customer service and production teams to track and update inventory needs.
• Maintain clear and organized records for all warehouse transactions.

Vendor & Purchasing Coordination:

• Work with vendors to schedule timely deliveries and manage incoming shipments.
• Purchase select items as needed to maintain proper stock levels.
• Receive shipments, verify quantities, and enter lot numbers and inventory into the ERP.

Warehouse & Team Management:

• Operate a forklift occasionally to assist with inventory movement (light forklift duties, not a primary function).
• Oversee warehouse organization, cleanliness, and temperature control.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of all products.
• Work closely with delivery drivers to ensure efficient distribution of orders.
• Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement in warehouse processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Warehouse and inventory management experience required.
• Ability to operate a forklift occasionally (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
• ERP system experience and strong attention to detail in data entry.
• Experience working with vendors, purchasing, and coordinating deliveries.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, be on feet all day, and work in a temperature-controlled environment.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to make decisions and take initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
