Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
District Wide
The BCBA is responsible for the implementation of individualized intervention utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and discrete trial programs within a classroom setting and/or individually if deemed necessary. The BCBA will work as a member of a collaborative team and participate in IEP team meetings as needed.
- Full certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, students with moderate/severe disabilities or related disorders
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in ABA intervention including data collection and report writing
- Demonstrated ability to accurately and consistently follow Behavior Support Plans and Curriculum Plan
- Effective written and oral communication skills with students, families, teachers and administrators
- Demonstrated growth toward cultural competence
Salary in accordance with the Agreement between the Winchendon School Committee and
the Winchendon Teachers’ Association.
