What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Assistant position at Winchester Dental Office?
Dental Assistant wanted for a Winchester Dental Office. A dental assistant prepares the dental unit for the patient treatment and then assists the dentist with the dental procedure. After treatment is completed, the dental assistant cleans the dental unit, sterilizes the instrument and prepares for the next patient.

What we expect:
1. Every employee to have a GOOD work ethic. This means that you do not call off from work frequently and for insignificant reasons. You must perform tasks in the manner outlined in the training manual.
2. You do your share of the work.
3. You get along with your co-workers. You do not have to be best friends, but you need to have a respectable relationship with your co-workers.
4. You can follow directions and the office policies.
5. No smoking is allowed during the work day, nor in your work uniform.
6. NO CELL PHONES ARE ALLOWED DUING THE WORK DAY. If you cannot be separated from your cell phone, this is not the job for you.
7. Job hoppers and drama queens are NOT welcome.
8. You do NOT engage in social media on your phone or the office computers during the work day.
9. You have good manners and a professional attitude.
10. Facial piercings and un-natural hair color are not permitted.
11. You must have at least 2 years of work experience at some type of a job, but not necessarily a dental job. Fast food work does not count as work experience.
