Bobcat of Northern Virginia, a division of Winchester Equipment Co., selling, renting and servicing top-of-the-line construction equipment, has an immediate full-time opening for a Service Technician. This role plays an integral part in upholding our company's core value of creating "Customers for Life".
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and construction equipment within our facilities.
· Deliver excellent service to all customers by providing timely and quality repairs.
· Understand and interpret work orders and technical manuals.
· Complete necessary paperwork, including work orders, parts orders, and time cards, in an accurate and timely manner.
· Collaborate with the Parts Department to ensure necessary parts are available.
· Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all company safety policies and procedures.
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Technical training and experience in agriculture or construction equipment repair.
· Basic computer skills for accessing technical manuals and completing online paperwork.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
· Manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment.
· Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and stretch for extended periods.
