Winchester Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Surgical Services team. As a leader in comprehensive healthcare services, we deliver expert care across major clinical areas, including medicine, surgery, pediatrics, cancer care, and obstetrics/gynecology and newborn care.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in Surgical Services and a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a clinical setting. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is required, or a commitment to obtain MSN within 5 years of hire. Certification in Surgical Services Nursing is also preferred.
As the Nurse Manager of Surgical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing staff management, operations, budget, quality, and safety. You will work closely with our Associate Chief Nursing Officer to ensure that our team delivers high-quality patient care and maintains a safe and efficient work environment.
