Winchester Hospital, a proud member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is excited to announce our new March 2025 Novice RN Residency Program.
Our Magnet designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 229-bed hospital has limited opportunities for graduate nurses that are interested in exploring and extending their knowledge of the medical surgical environment. Learn under advanced educators that will enhance your critical care thinking, strengthen communication channels for collaboration with physicians and staff and expand your nursing knowledge and patient interaction.
We want to empower the future nurses in our community and we have the tools and resources for you to succeed.
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
Associates/Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a board-approved program
Completion of all clinical rotations and eligible to sit for the RN registration exam (NCLEX)
American Heart Association or American Red Cross – Basic Life Support Certificate
Be able to work 36hrs a week (all shifts) - Three 12hr shifts including weekend and holiday rotation
