Job Title: Nurse Manager - Obstetrics Delivery (Labor & Delivery)
Location: Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Obstetrics Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care to mothers and newborns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nurses in providing personalized care and safety for mothers and newborns
- Manage department operations, throughput, budget, and quality and safety initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver premier obstetrics services within the community
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (MSN required within 5 years of hire)
- At least 5 years of work experience as a nurse, with at least 2 years' clinical experience in obstetrics delivery
- At least 5 years of leadership experience, with budget management experience preferred
- Current Massachusetts RN licensure and certification in specialty area within 2 years
