The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in nursing and must obtain a master's degree within 5 years of hire. They will also have at least five years of work experience as a nurse, with at least two years' clinical experience in obstetrics delivery (labor & delivery). Additionally, they will have at least five years of leadership experience and budget management skills.
