Contributes to the Hospital’s mission by independently operating sonographic equipment and performing detailed sonographic diagnostic examinations on high risk pregnancies. This professional staff technologist position will have an impact on quality, safety and the patient experience.Job Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Required: Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
Education Preferred: Associates degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
Experience Required: 3 years experience performing high risk OB ultrasound examinations.
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS
- Active certification by American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in the specialty (ies) as appropriate, or registry eligible.
- Must be Nuchal Translucency (NT) certified or obtain within 12 months of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
