As a Registered Nurse for our Postpartum Team, you will be responsible for the following : Complete assessments, administer medications / treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectivenessCollaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patientSupport and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomesQualifications : Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or obtain BSN within 5 years of hireCurrent license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of MassachusettsWork experience in unit specific specialty preferredSchedule : Three 12 hour shifts including every third weekend and holiday rotationAs a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities.
