Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is proud to
announce our New Summer 2025 Nurse Residency Program
Our unique 12-month residency program will provide a path to success for all new graduate nurses or nurses new to a specialty area, bridging the gap between the academic and professional practice settings. We will prepare you for your nursing career to deliver exceptional personalized care within our Magnet-Designated, Top 10 Massachusetts Recognized 229-bed hospital.
This comprehensive program is designed to support novice nurses with engagement through in-person, hands-on learning in clinical classes, partnerships with experienced preceptors and monthly sessions with a focus on peer support and professional development topics.
Departments Hiring:
Emergency Room
Ideal Candidates will possess the following:
ASN or BSN degree with the eligibility to take the nurse registration exam (NCLEX) or a Registered Nurse will less than 1 year of experience
Availability to work Three 12 hour night shifts including weekend and holiday rotation
