YOUR LIFE AS ENTRY-LEVEL HELPER / HVAC TECH

As an Tech/Helper on our team, you go out in the field with our experienced techs to be their helper. While assisting them, they mentor and train you on everything you need to know from how to service, install, and maintain light commercial heating and cooling systems, to how to provide exceptional customer service. You are eager to learn, happy to help, and love advancing in this skilled trade alongside your motivating team members!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Prior classroom training in HVAC and/or 1-3 years of related experience
• Ability to lift greater than 50 lbs. and work from heights
• 18 years old with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
