Role : Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA)
Scope of Role : Home health LPTA - will be an active member of an interdisciplinary team, support treatment for addressing the skilled and medically necessary needs of patients and provide discipline, therapist guided interventions to improve the safety and functional independence of its clients through the rehab process.
Patient Ratio : 6-7 patients per day
Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36
Shift Hours : Mon-Fri 8a – 4 : 30p (5x8’s)
Duration of Assignment : 13-26 weeks
Job Requirements
Must have at least 1-year Home Health experience
Ability to use laptop for documentation and cell phone for communication
Required Certifications / License : BLS and VA License and Driver’s License
