WinChoice USA is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Roofing Division. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and passionate about delivering top-tier service to every homeowner we support.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for roofing customers
- Answer inbound calls and make follow-up calls regarding appointments, service status, and customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate information about our roofing products, services, and timelines
- Schedule roofing inspections, services, and installations
- Communicate with field teams and internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Document all interactions in our CRM system with thorough and clear notes
- Resolve any customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Educate customers on our referral program and post-service opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience (roofing or home services industry preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
