Role Overview
The Marketing & Vendor Manager will drive lead generation, manage marketing campaigns, and oversee vendor relationships to achieve business goals. This individual contributor role requires collaboration with Sales and Call Center teams and reports to the VP of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage third-party lead vendors and marketing agencies for maximum ROI.
- Plan, execute, and optimize targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Analyze marketing performance and ensure accurate data management in HubSpot.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, negotiating with vendors for best value.
- Stay informed on industry trends and drive process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years in marketing (home services/home improvement preferred).
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, marketing tools, and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization).
- Strong analytical skills, vendor negotiation experience, and budget management expertise.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $75K–$90K Bonus Target: 12–15% of base salary.
