What are the responsibilities and job description for the Final Test position at Winco, Inc.?
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
In collaboration with the Production Supervisor, the Test Technician is responsible for making periodic spot checks for adherence to specifications. The Test Technician will analyze and troubleshoot transformers, stators, electrical circuits, rotors, and PTO’s. The Test Technician will connect and operate load fixtures to read precise readings in numerous different test facilities.
JOB INTERACTIONS AND INTERFACE
This role interacts with internal staff in: Final Assembly, Engineers, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Successfully and safely operate hand and power tools
Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics accurately
Operate overhead lifts or cranes
Multitask well and able to trouble shoot machines as situations arise
Work well within a team of professionals and independently
Troubleshoot wiring and/or mechanical failures
Work with Excel sheets and reports relating to the Test Department
Stand for long periods of time
Work with voltages, wires, and electrical components
Comply and align daily tasks while meeting deadlines
Work to exceed WINCO’s quality and safety standards
Operate in numerous text environments
Other duties as assigned
