Inventory Supervisor

Job Description:

The Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the inventory control processes and procedures for the company. This includes managing inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring accuracy of inventory records. The Inventory Supervisor will also be responsible for managing a team of inventory clerks and ensuring that they are properly trained and performing their duties effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory control processes and procedures
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records
• Conduct regular audits of inventory
• Manage a team of inventory clerks and ensure they are properly trained and performing their duties effectively
• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory needs are met
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with all inventory-related regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field
• 3 years of experience in inventory control or related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
