We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
- Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
- Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner
