About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Manager to join our team at Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the clinical aspects of a new Assisted Living building and provide exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical oversight and care coordination for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
- Partnering with the Assisted Living Manager on resident pre-screening, admission, re-admission, and ongoing assessments
- Ensuring individualized service plans reflect current needs and resident preferences
The ideal candidate will possess a current RN license, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Home Health, Assisted Living, or Memory Care setting, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
