Description : Position Summary

Wind River Environmental, services and repairs municipal, commercial, and residential wastewater systems. We are currently hiring for the CCTV hydro-jetting crew in Orlando, FL. This position is primarily responsible for operating hydro-jetting and CCTV video inspection equipment for municipal and commercial customers. Must have a CDL, experience with CCTV work, and be able to effectively and efficiently communicate with management, crew members, and customers.

Requirements

Must have a CDL
Experience with POSM CCTV and hydro-jetting
Wastewater / plumbing / pipe diagnostic and repairs experience
Valid CDL and the ability to comply with DOT regulations
Ability to successfully pass DOT drug screen and background check
Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace
Must be able to meet physical demands evaluation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise and direct the crew as needed

Follow safety rules and exercise safe work practices in accordance with WRE and DOT requirements

Drive a company vehicle to or between customer sites to perform job responsibilities.

Operate hydro-jetting and CCTV video equipment and resolve issues

Inspects hydro-jetting and CCTV video equipment to ensure that it is working properly

Perform customer service interaction when on work site to ensure customer satisfaction

Respond to trouble / emergency calls in a timely manner

Other duties as assigned by management

Work Environment

You are regularly exposed outside weather conditions and non-hazardous fumes

Must be comfortable working independently and interacting with customers

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A background in Sewer Line inspection and repair

Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience

Ability to read and interpret documents including Company policies and procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps and road signs.

Ability to speak, cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management.

Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines.

Basic computer literacy including email and internet skills.

Ability to perform basic math functions.
