DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the conduct of security officers working assigned shift.
- Observes and evaluates security officer’s performance, make corrections when necessary.
- Effectively works and communicates with other departments to resolve problems and expedite work or services.
- Interprets, communicates, and enforces work procedures and company policies.
- Accurately completes detailed shift reports, incident reports, and other reports required.
- Ensures compliance with all MICS, procedures, policies of the security department and all other departments security interacts with.
- Supports casino management team in development of customer business by being involved in brainstorming, suggesting ideas and solutions, and providing ongoing feedback.
- Demonstrate decision-making and problem resolution by efficiently handling disputes on the floor.
- Must take UA and BAC trainings and pass; must be able to do BAC’s and UA’s when needed.
- Practice and always maintain confidentiality.
- Must be able to oversee Security Shift.
- Must know all policies and procedures.
- Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends.

- Works effectively with all casino personnel.
- Attends all mandatory meetings and trainings.
- All other duties assigned.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Must be licensable under the requirements of the Northern Arapaho Gaming Agency.
- Must have a valid Wyoming driver’s license.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be knowledgeable of the company Policies and Procedures.
- Must have supervisory skills, and administrative skills.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must have Covid Vaccinations, including booster.
WORK ENVIROMENT:
- Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
- Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shift, including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends.
- Must be able to work any shift.
- Must be able to lift 20lbs.
- Must have the ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Must have the ability to manage critical deadlines and priorities effectively and efficiently.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT:
- Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in the security department and some experience in supervision preferred.
- Computer literacy.
- Attendance at all security trainings and opportunities offered such as CPR/First Aid, EMT, Basic and Advanced Security Officer, MICS is mandatory.
- Must have the ability to manage and supervise professionally.
