Job Summary:
Wind River Rehabilitation and Wellness seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care for residents in our center, aligned with the plan of care and adhering to established long-term care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to signal lights
- Assist with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Serve and collect food trays, providing nutrition assistance as needed
- Transport residents using wheelchairs or wheeled carts, or assist them in walking
- Turn and reposition residents, either independently or with assistance
- Take and record vital signs, food and fluid intake/output, and weight, as directed
- Complete accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Hold current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively within a team environment
