Location: Wind River RV Park, AAA Storage & Mobile Home
Job Type: At-Will Part-Time Hourly
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will report to and work directly under the supervision of the Office Manager and will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with data entry and filing
- Supporting other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous office experience is a plus
- Ability to work weekends if needed
- Ability to be on-call to fill in when other employees call in sick
Hours: 3-28 hours per week, which can be increased or decreased based on need and season.
Compensation: $10 to $12 per hour starting with the opportunity for wage increases.
