MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

The Wind River Marketing & Communications team leads all aspects of product marketing, brand marketing, and communications (both internal and external). Each team member must have initiative, good communication, attention to detail, and a good eye—as well as a diverse set of skills across different marketing and communications areas. A willingness to do extensive research into the industry and new marketing trends is paramount.
Our Marketing & Communications Specialist will be a key member of our small team that works to shape and solidify Wind River’s brand identity and establish us as a foremost builder and innovator within the tiny home and modular industries.
Primary Responsibilities
- Help plan, implement, and manage new and existing marketing and brand strategies across all platforms and endeavors
- Manage Wind River (“WR”) social media accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok)
- Manage monthly WR internal and external newsletters (compile content, design, and send)
- Manage WR blog (commission, compile, and publish content)
- Manage and update WR website (including working with our web development partners as needed)
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and staging (travel required)
- Assist with planning and staging for Wind River photo and video shoots
- Assist with securing and managing brand collaborations and influencer partnerships
- Help ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms
- Research and propose new marketing opportunities and strategies
- Work collaboratively on sales and marketing initiatives
