Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Deal Maker / Project Manager to join our Large Deals Team , supporting and coordinating all aspects of high-value engagements ($10M TCV). This critical role will serve as the linchpin for orchestrating resources and processes across Finance , Legal , Services , and Project Management , ensuring successful deal execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, deep experience in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments, and a proven track record of supporting large-scale deals. This role will directly contribute to achieving Wind River's ambitious growth targets by driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deal Coordination :
- Serve as the central point of coordination for large-scale engagements ($10M TCV) from inception to closure.
- Work closely with the Large Deals Team, including senior sales executives, to ensure alignment and timely progress.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Services, and Project Management teams to address all operational, contractual, and resource requirements.
- Contract Management :
- Manage and oversee the legal and financial aspects of deal structuring, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
- Facilitate the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts in collaboration with the Legal team.
- Ensure contracts are executed in a timely manner to meet business deadlines.
- Resource Alignment :
- Coordinate cross-functional resources, including service delivery, technical teams, and external partners, to align on deal requirements.
- Identify and resolve roadblocks by proactively engaging with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
- Project Planning & Execution :
- Develop detailed project plans for large deals, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Monitor progress against key milestones and escalate risks or delays as needed.
- Ensure all teams are informed and aligned on deal priorities and progress.
- Reporting & Documentation :
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of deal processes, decisions, and outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on deal status, risks, and next steps.
- Create post-deal analyses to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
