Maintains project plans by ensuring assigned projects run smoothly and on time. Coordinates day-to-day tasks and acts as liaison between Company, customers, and vendors for steady communication. Assists with feasibility studies and adds new projects to production schedules.
Responsibilities
- Reviews daily production reports for assigned projects.
- Procures tooling and related equipment needed by facilities.
- Prepares quotes and confirms prices with galvanizers and management.
- Handles inventory issuing, receiving, and allocating scrap in different facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in project management, business coordination, or customer service.
- Familiarity with project management scheduling processes and tools preferred.
