Job Summary:
The Safety Administrator will play a key role in ensuring that safety protocols are followed, and all safety-related documentation is accurately managed and maintained. This position requires proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting, along with strong organizational skills in document control. Additionally, the Safety Administrator will be responsible for ordering safety supplies, assisting with safety training, and supporting the development of safety programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Excel Management:
Create and maintain safety-related data and reports in Excel, including tracking incidents, safety inspections, and audits. Analyze trends and provide recommendations for improvement.Document Control:
Ensure all safety-related documents, including policies, procedures, and training records, are properly maintained, organized, and easily accessible. Review and update documentation as required.Safety Supplies Ordering:
Order and maintain inventory of safety supplies, including personal protective equipment (PPE), first aid kits, and other safety equipment. Track usage and ensure supplies are available when needed.Training & Development Assistance:
Assist in the scheduling, coordination, and documentation of safety training sessions. Help facilitate training programs and provide support in the development of new safety training materials.Compliance Support:
Ensure all safety programs comply with OSHA regulations and company safety standards. Assist in internal audits and inspections to ensure a safe work environment.Communication & Reporting:
Communicate safety-related updates to team members and management. Prepare regular safety reports and assist in safety meetings.
