Incident Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Encourage open communication regarding safety concerns and empower employees to voice safety-related issues.
  • Support safety programs and initiatives that enhance overall safety performance and employee engagement.

Safety Training Development & Implementation:

  • Collaborate with the Training & Development team to design and implement safety training programs, addressing both general safety guidelines and specific behaviors or hazards.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and resources based on real-world observations and trends.
  • Facilitate safety training sessions, including refresher courses and specialized training on high-risk behaviors or procedures.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure that all safety practices on the production floor are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
