What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate position at Windance Boardshop?
What you’ll do: Spend your season surrounded by like-minded people, sharing your passion, helping people get stoked and on the water with the right gear for them in a fast-paced surf shop. Greet and assist customers, process sales, keep the store organized, stocked, and clean. Constantly expand your knowledge of our products, sports, and customers.
Who you are: You’re a people person, energized by sharing your passion for winging, kiteboarding, windsurfing, or downwind foiling with others and are attentive to detail, especially the finer points of the gear. You’re tech savvy with experience in Lightspeed and Shopify preferred.
Position structure: April 1st – September 15th, 30-40hrs/week, typical day is 9am-5pm but schedule may vary.
