What are the responsibilities and job description for the Used Gear Product Lead position at Windance Boardshop?
What you’ll do: Keep great used gear in circulation, enabling people to get stoked and on the water with gear that works without breaking the bank. Receive, merchandise, list, and sell used gear. Check demo gear in/out, track and manage inventory and consignor accounts. Enhance online listings and used gear processes and programs. Make minor repairs. Communicate with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. Expand knowledge of products and used gear best practices to improve our programs.
Who you are: Organized, innovative, tech savvy, meticulous, detail oriented, Excel, Shopify, winging/kiting/windsurfing/foiling gear knowledge. Confident making basic board, kite, sail, foil repairs. Previous eCommerce, consignment, and rental, and used product resale experience preferred.
Position structure: April 1st – September 15th, on-site hourly position, 30hrs/week, typical day is 6am-12pm, but schedule may vary. Opportunity for limited hybrid work may be available in the off-season.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
