Windermere Collision Center is seeking to hire an EXPERIENCED BODY SHOP MANAGER to join our dynamic team.
We have a State-of-the-art facility, Fully Air-conditioned, On-going training and a great working environment.
Responsible for the overall operation including maintaining company goals, standards for performance, estimating, sales, employee relations, insurance relations and world class customer service.
Essential Job Duties
- Supervise sales and overall production of the shop
- Ensure that every associate follows all Windermere Collision Center standards, policies and procedures
- Responsible for overall team engagement
- Review estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with Insurance guidelines
- Monitor the performance of each teammate and provide coaching through timely and specific feedback
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values in all interactions with associates, customers, clients and vendors
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments, insurance adjusters and customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Other duties as assigned
Skill/Requirements
- Proven Track record of success
- Experience in auto repair industry or managing a team
- Must have Extensive knowledge in writing estimates
- Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
- capable of effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking.
- Highly-effective leadership skills including excellent communication skills
- Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance
