- Accurately estimate insurance co-pays and deductions and receive payment from patients after treatment.
- Help with confirming, processing and following up on insurance claims.
- Conduct end of day balancing for the offices production and collections
- Help maintain office computers and software are in good working order with the assistance of the IT department
- Assist Office Manager to pay and record invoices
- High level of customer service and inter-personal skills
- High school diploma / GED required, college preferred
- Previous experience working as a Dental office administrative assistant or similar position preferred
- Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with a proven track record in administrative roles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
