Job Summary:
Windermere Real Estate Co. in Seattle is hiring two full-time Marketing Coordinators. These are ideal positions for team players who excel in a culture driven by talented people who are committed to the highest standard of business practice. You must be service oriented, energetic, business minded, and love challenge. This position plays an important role as it is designed to assist Brokers in their marketing and technology needs to support their business. You must be able to follow through on projects, prioritize workload, organize many details and uphold the highest level of confidentiality throughout the role.
Essential Duties:
- Manage marketing requests from 100 Brokers
- Commitment to understanding individual personalities to better support each Broker and their business.
- Customize and coordinate monthly email newsletter campaigns
- Customize and distribute social media graphics and materials
- Create flyers, email campaigns, social media graphics and more for upcoming and active listings
- Stay up to date with NWMLS and Windermere company standards on all listing and general marketing
- Design or update signs, postcards, social graphics and other marketing needs for office events and promotions
- Maintain knowledge of software and programs used by Brokers and Windermere in an ever-evolving industry
- Collaborate with our current Broker Care team across 6 branches to maintain a collective knowledge base and support other staff members as workload fluctuates and colleagues take time off.
- Develop and lead workshops to educate Brokers in using/maneuvering web-based products provided by Windermere & the NWMLS.
- Willingness to troubleshoot technology-related issues.
- Maintain an organized space and tidiness in both personal and shared office space.
- Willingness to ask questions to always continue building a stronger knowledge base.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
