Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Executive Assistant/Showing Agent to join our team and work alongside our seasoned Lead Broker. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. As an Executive Assistant/Showing Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate favorable terms will be essential in building lasting relationships with clients.
Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and neighborhood dynamics.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective marketing strategies for listings.
- Manage property listings and ensure accurate representation across various platforms.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any questions or concerns.
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of real estate law to ensure compliance in all transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Stay current on industry developments and participate in ongoing training opportunities.
Experience/Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate administration or property management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork in sales environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills that lead to successful outcomes for clients.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary between $2,000-$2,750 per month, based on experience
- 20-25% Referral Compensation on procured leads
- Annual Bonus Opportunities
- Independent Contractor Tax Status
