ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER
NW Management Group LLC is a local property management company specializing in H.O.A management. We are currently seeking Administrative Assistant / Assistant Community Manager. With your high level of Administrative Assistant skills, NW Management Group LLC highlights an opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging role within the Association Management industry. As the direct Assistant to a Senior-Level Manager, the position offers a chance to develop diverse skills through responsibilities such as:
- Prepare for and Conduct Board and Annual Meetings
- Site Inspections
- Project Management
- Dispute Resolution
- Customer Service
- Prepare service bids and oversee contractors
- Process homeowner requests, updates & inquiries in accordance with H.O.A governing documents
This position seeks individuals with a proactive attitude, openness to learning, and exceptional organizational and communication skills, making it ideal for someone eager to grow in the Association Management industry.
Skills & Abilities
An exceptional applicant will be proficient or ready to learn in understanding and executing the requirements of the governing documents of an association while offering a working knowledge of the Washington State Condominium and Homeowners Association Act.
