Responsibilities:

Guide and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties
Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
Promote properties through effective marketing strategies
Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements

Requirements

Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount
Proven track record in sales or customer service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
Knowledge of local real estate market is a plus
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years or older
