This is a full-time hybrid role for Licensed Real Estate Brokers located in Eagle Point, OR, with some work from home flexibility. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing client relationships, conducting property showings, negotiating transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining current knowledge of real estate market trends. Brokers will also handle administrative duties to ensure seamless operations and successful real property sales.
- Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- Knowledge of Real Property principles and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid real estate license
- Proficiency with real estate software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
