About the Role:
As a Real Estate Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and coordinating all aspects of the transaction process, ensuring smooth and timely closings. The nature of real estate requires flexibility, including availability during evenings and weekends as offers and client needs arise.
Key Responsibilities:Transaction Coordination:
- Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently.
- Schedule and oversee property inspections, appraisals, and other key appointments.
- Act as the main point of contact between lenders, title companies, and other third parties.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure all transaction documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Maintain well-organized transaction files that comply with legal and company standards.
- Prepare and distribute closing documents while coordinating all necessary logistics.
Client & Team Communication:
- Provide regular updates to clients, agents, and partners to ensure a seamless transaction experience.
- Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Timeline & Deadline Management:
- Track transaction timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Proactively resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research on properties, market trends, and relevant real estate data.
- Support the team with insights that enhance decision-making and client support.
File & Record Management:
- Keep client files up to date and easily accessible.
- Maintain meticulous records for compliance and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in real estate transactions, title, or escrow (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and transaction processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in real estate transaction management software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
