Responsibilities
- Guide and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties
- Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
- Promote properties through effective marketing strategies
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
- As an engaging Broker at Windermere Real Estate, we are looking for the following qualifications:
- Licensed real estate agent with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to provide sound guidance to clients
- Driven and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
