Responsibilities- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property, ensuring the right price under the best terms
- Evaluate clients' desires and economic capabilities to make appropriate suggestions
- Mediate dealings between sellers and buyers, fostering a beneficial understanding
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
- Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Minimum age of 18
