Responsibilities- Be the intermediary between sellers and buyers, ensuring good conduct and honest exchange of information to achieve a beneficial understanding
- Evaluate clients' desires and economic capabilities to provide appropriate suggestions
- Build valuable and trustworthy relationships within the local community and become the go-to person for all things real estate
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
- Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms
- A proven track record of sales is a plus
- Outstanding people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
