Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with clients and understand their needs and preferences
- Market and promote properties for sale through various channels
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, including negotiations and contract signing
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and best practices
- Coordinate with other professionals, such as lenders, inspectors, and appraisers, as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other real estate software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18 years old
