Responsibilities
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
- Prepare necessary paperwork, such as contracts, leases, and closing statements
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Display and market real property to potential buyers
- Previous professional work experience
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to attend both in-person and online meetings and classes
- Pleasant, friendly and trustworthy
- Computer savvy
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must be 18
