Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms
- Evaluate clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable property options
- Promote sales through creative advertisements, engaging open houses, and effective listing services
- Mediate negotiations between sellers and buyers to ensure fair and transparent transactions
- Stay informed about legal guidelines, market rates, property specifications, and availability

- Trustworthy and friendly with a results-driven mindset

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years old or above
