Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and creative Public Relations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and communication skills, a knack for storytelling and a passion for building relationships. Experience working in the travel and tourism space is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Media Relations : Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers. Craft press releases, media kits and pitch materials to secure coverage for clients.
- Writing and Content Creation : Develop compelling content for press materials, social media, and client communications. Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR initiatives with broader campaigns.
- Event Coordination : Assist in planning and executing promotional events, press trips and media briefings that showcase client offerings.
- Research & Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance PR strategies.
- Reporting : Track PR metrics and prepare reports on media coverage to assess impact and inform future strategies.
- Crisis Management : Assist in developing and implementing crisis communication plans when necessary to protect clients’ reputations.
