Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, bagels, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all baked products meet quality and presentation standards before serving or selling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Utilize proper food handling techniques to ensure the safety and quality of all ingredients.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Stay updated on baking trends and techniques to continually enhance product offerings.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques related to baking.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in all aspects of baking.
• A passion for creating high-quality baked goods that meet customer expectations.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
